I’ve spent more than 15 years working beside senior leaders in fast-moving global businesses — keeping priorities straight, anticipating what comes next and making sure the detail gets handled.
I’m Sherrine. And I’m very comfortable behind the scenes.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked alongside senior leaders in fast-paced, global businesses — helping them manage demanding schedules, competing priorities, international teams and all the moving parts that come with busy roles.
I started my career in support roles before becoming an Executive Assistant, eventually supporting senior executives across international sales, marketing, media and sponsorship. Along the way, I’ve coordinated everything from complex diaries and global travel to leadership meetings, events, projects and the countless things that simply need someone to take ownership of them.
But the part of the job I’ve always valued most isn’t the diary management or the perfectly organised meeting.
It’s getting to know someone — and their business — well enough to understand what they need before they have to ask.
Knowing which things genuinely need their attention and which can be handled without them. Spotting the follow-up that hasn’t happened. Joining the dots between conversations. Keeping things moving when priorities change. And being someone they can trust to quietly get on with it.
That’s what good executive support has always meant to me.
And that’s where Simply Supported came from.
I realised that the kind of support senior executives rely on every day can be just as valuable to a growing business owner.
