Real work. Real results.
Here’s a look at some of the projects I’ve supported — from grassroots rebrands to large-scale staff events.
Every request is different, but the approach is always the same: calm, considered, and focused on getting things done well.
Rebranding, Digital Communications
& Marketing Materials
Grassroots Football Club, Laleham FC
The Challenge :
During a rebrand, Laleham FC needed a new logo and a refreshed social media presence that reflected the club’s updated direction.
They were looking for end-to-end support across branding and communications — from visual identity through to day-to-day content management.
The Approach :
Brand Research & Visual Identity Development:
- Researched the background, history and heritage of Laleham to shape creative direction for the new club logo.
- Created a full brand toolkit, including updated brand colours in line with the new kit, typography selections and social media styling guidelines.
Digital Refresh, Social Media Management & Marketing Materials :
- Took ownership of content planning, posting and caption writing.
- Reset and reorganised Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Design and create marketing materials to support club communications, events and announcements.
- Established visual identity and messaging.
- Increased audience reach and engagement through structured content.
- Helped grow followers and club visibility.
Operational Support
- Built and maintain a full list of club coaches and contacts.
- Manage incoming enquiries from social media and club email.
- Filter and redirect messages to the correct coach/age group.
The Outcome :
- A cohesive, modern brand identity.
- Professionally designed marketing materials.
- A strong consistent social media presence.
- Tripled online reach and significantly increased follower numbers.
- A direct contribution to increased club membership.

What They Said….
“Sherrine has been fantastic in promoting Laleham FC Youth.
Since taking over our social media platforms, she has more than tripled our online footfall, gaining multiple new followers and significantly increasing engagement across both Facebook and Instagram. This growth has directly contributed to an increase in club membership, helping more children get involved in grassroots football.
Her work has also played a key role in supporting our charity events, particularly those focused on men’s and children’s mental health.
The impact of her efforts has been outstanding, and some of the work she has delivered has been truly amazing.”

Summer Festival for 350 Staff
This project was delivered in a previous role as an Executive Assistant. It’s included here to give you a sense of the scale and complexity of work I’m experienced in bringing to Simply Supported clients.

The Challenge :
Following lockdown, the organisation wanted to reunite 350 colleagues with an in-person event that felt uplifting, inclusive and memorable. With a venue secured and an external events agency in place, the internal project team — including me — was responsible for shaping the brief, guiding the creative direction and ensuring delivery within budget.
The Approach :
Collaborative Project Support
- Worked as part of the internal project team to coordinate planning, timelines and decision-making.
- Acted as a key point of contact between leadership, stakeholders and the external events agency.
- Contributed ideas and feedback to shape the festival theme and attendee experience.
- Ensured plans remained aligned with budget, objectives and organisational requirements
Event Planning and Logistics
- Assisted with reviewing proposals, supplier options and costings provided by the events agency.
- Supported communication, approvals and updates across multiple internal teams.
- Helped develop logistical elements including site layout, activities, catering arrangements and event flow.
On The Day Coordination
- Provided hands-on support throughout the event to keep everything running smoothly.
- Helped manage timings, suppliers and attendee needs as the day unfolded.
- Worked closely with the events agency to handle last-minute adjustments and ensure a seamless experience.
The Outcome :
- A successful, well-attended Summer Festival for 350 staff
- A positive and energising post-lockdown experience
- Strong collaboration between the organisation and the external events company
- An event that met the brief, ran smoothly and stayed within budget
- Excellent feedback from both attendees and leadership
Sometimes the best measure of a successful event is that nobody noticed all the work that went into it.
